If you're a manager or an individual contributor upon whom others rely, think about this as an opportunity for self-directed learning. Focusing on your management and leadership skills may be helpful both now and in the coming months. One aspect of self-directed learning is observation. Observation helps individuals interpret what they see and, in some cases, either emulate positive behaviors or modify those behaviors they find to be less effective. During this time of turmoil, we can use all the help we can get.
